Exhibitor Location 
Our exhibitors are located in the Sweetgrass Pavilion Conference Center’s Exhibit Hall, which is immediately adjacent to the general sessions room and where all food and beverage is served to attendees...so it sees a lot of traffic! Additionally, the Exhibit Hall is integrated into the Thursday evening poster session making this an ideal location for maximum exposure to all workshop attendees. Shipping Information

If you will be exhibiting at the workshop and need to ship items ahead of your arrival, you have two options:

  1. Have Wild Dunes manage your packages -  Wild Dunes will receive your shipped items (up to 3 days prior to workshop), have them at your table in the Exhibit Hall upon arrival, and arrange for pickup post-workshop. For this service, please complete this Shipping Request Form and follow shipping and payment instructions.

  2. Ship your items to your guest room - Exhibitor is responsible for arranging for items to be shipped to their individual guest room, bringing the items to the Exhibit Hall, and arranging for any return shipping. There is no fee associated with this option.
