Regular Registration - beginning February 15, 2020

Additional Exhibitor/Sponsor Attendee Registration
$595 USD for early registration (through Feb. 14, 2020), and $695 regular registration (beginning Feb. 15, 2020)
Additional Purchases
Purchases are available when you register for additional poster session and dinner tickets for guests, and excursion/transportation to and from Charleston during the afternoon off on Thursday, March 19.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR GEORGIA TECH ATTENDEES - Georgia Tech PCards may not be used to purchase GT-hosted event registrations for students, faculty or staff. GT attendees are advised to submit an Internal Department Sales (IDS) form providing a project # to charge for the registration fee via email to event manager, Colly Mitchell. After the form is submitted, a promotional code will be provided for the GT attendee to submit their registration information without further payment requirements. Alternatively, GT attendees may use a personal credit card and request reimbursement from their home departments if appropriate.
CANCELLATIONS - Registration cancellations will be granted, with a full refund of registration fees, through Wednesday, February 19, 2020. 50% refunds of registration fees will be granted for cancellations received from February 20, 2020 through Monday, March 2, 2020. Refunds will not be issued for any cancellations received beginning March 3, 2020.
